1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PetPosterMaker.com (“the Service”), operated by Alaya Works LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PetPosterMaker.com is a digital product service that allows you to upload a pet photo, generate AI-powered artwork based on your chosen style, customize the design, and purchase a high-resolution digital download of the final poster in PNG or PDF format.

We do not sell physical products. We do not print, frame, or ship any items. The product you purchase is a digital file delivered electronically.

3. AI-Generated Content

The artwork generated by our service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI DALL-E) to create images based on your description. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to exactly match your expectations.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the generated artwork before purchasing.
  • The AI does not copy or reproduce existing copyrighted works, but generates new artwork based on text descriptions.

4. License and Ownership

Upon completing your purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the generated poster for personal and commercial purposes, including:

  • Printing for personal use or display.
  • Sharing on social media.
  • Using as part of personal projects or gifts.

You may not resell the AI-generated artwork as a standalone product or claim it as entirely your own original creation.

5. User Content

By uploading photos to our Service, you represent that:

  • You own the photos or have the right to use them.
  • The photos do not violate any third party's rights.
  • You grant us a limited license to process the photos for the purpose of generating your poster.

6. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD before you complete your purchase:

  • PNG format: $9.99
  • PDF format: $12.99

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

7. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your poster will be generated and a download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Download links are valid for 24 hours. If you experience any issues with your download, contact us at support@petpostermaker.com.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use automated tools to make bulk requests.
  • Infringe on the rights of others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alaya Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Alaya Works LLC is registered.
