Digital Product

Please note that PetPosterMaker.com sells digital products only. Your purchase is a high-resolution digital file (PNG or PDF) delivered electronically. We do not sell, print, or ship physical items.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:

• You are unsatisfied with the quality of your generated poster.
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from downloading your poster.
• The generated artwork is significantly different from what was reasonably expected based on your input.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@petpostermaker.com with:

• Your order email address.
• A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

• More than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
• You have already downloaded the poster and are requesting a refund without a valid quality concern.
• The request is fraudulent or abusive.
